REVERSE ENGINEERING

AUTOMATED WAREHOUSE FOR AEROSPACE TOOLING PARTS:

NeoHYBRID engineers performed reverse engineering on a fully automated warehouse for aerospace tooling parts and produced a digital twin.

This allowed our client to test new management software in the digital twin before it was implemented in the physical automated warehouse. As a result of our work, our customer saved time, resources and money.

ZERO GRAVITY LOAD-HANDLING DEVICE:

Our customer requested reverse engineering for a zero-gravity load-handling device that they have in their facilities.

This was to calculate the maximum load for the structure and produce the technical documentation necessary to prove the product conforms to applicable requirements.

The documentation can then justify and support an EU declaration of conformity. The technical documentation should contain all the necessary details.

PRODUCT STANDARD DOCUMENTATION FOR MANUFACTURING :

NeoHYBRID engineers conducted reverse engineering on an automatic access door to the customer factories. The resulting documentation allows for the production of the same standard product using local suppliers and installation in our customer facilities around the globe. This saves our customers both money and time.
